Under the influence of deepening integration within the European Union, under the influence of growing worldwide globalization and interstate cooperation, one of the forms of administrative activities - administrative acts / decisions that have a cross-border effect - are increasingly being used. This shall apply especially in the conditions of the European Union, where administrative acts that have direct effects on the territory of other member states, the so-called transterritorial administrative acts, have intensive applicability. We also deal with the assessment of whether there is a legal proceedings in the conditions of the Slovak Republic that could be used for the purpose of defending against the negative effects of directly enforceable administrative acts of foreign public administration bodies.
